Sourcing Pure Desi Cow Milk

We begin by carefully collecting fresh milk from pure Rathi cows. Each batch of milk undergoes laboratory testing to ensure quality and purity.

Curd Formation

After passing the quality check, the milk is heated and then allowed to set as curd in earthen pots. This natural fermentation enhances the taste and nutritional value of the final product.

Traditional Churning (Bilona Method)

The curd is churned the next day using a wooden rye (hand churner). This slow, rhythmic churning process extracts pure butter, preserving the essential nutrients.

Slow Cooking in Earthen Pots

The extracted butter is slowly heated in an earthen pot over a controlled flame. This process, which takes 4-5 hours, removes impurities while retaining all the natural aroma, flavour, and medicinal properties of Desi Ghee.
