BUFFALO GHEE
Buffalo Desi Ghee is a pure, traditional clarified butter made from the milk of healthy Indian buffaloes. It is prepared using the age-old Bilona method, where curd made from whole buffalo milk is churned to extract butter, which is then slowly heated to make aromatic, golden ghee.
This ghee is known for its rich texture, creamy taste, and high nutritional value. Buffalo milk contains more fat than cow milk, which gives the ghee a dense and grainy texture, smooth consistency, and a mild, pleasant aroma.
Buffalo Desi Ghee is perfect for Indian cooking — whether you use it for frying, sautéing, topping rotis, or preparing sweets like halwa and laddoo. It enhances the flavour of food while offering traditional health benefits.
Sahiwal Cow Desi Ghee (Bilona Method)
Our Sahiwal Cow Desi Ghee is made from the milk of pure Indian Sahiwal cows, one of the finest indigenous breeds known for their A2 milk. This ghee is prepared using the traditional Bilona method, ensuring purity, nutrition, and authentic taste in every spoon.
Traditional Bilona Process
Fresh Sahiwal cow milk is first turned into curd. The curd is then hand-churned using a wooden bilona in both directions to extract pure makkhan (butter). The butter is slowly simmered on a low flame until it turns golden and releases a rich, nutty aroma — producing pure A2 Desi Ghee full of natural goodness.
